About Us
Our Principal, James Stein, has been appraising Commercial Real Estate for Over 30 Years, having started in the industry in the Early 1990s. While we are located in Southern California and have been throughout his career, he has appraised Real Property across the country and has worked with both local and national corporations in his role as a real estate appraiser. The vast majority of appraisals we have completed have been commercial and/or commercial land. But we have appraised high-end single-family properties throughout the State of California, including Sacramento, Malibu, Santa Monica, Newport Beach & La Jolla.
